Each Taira is handcrafted and may include natural stones, wood, metals, and other materials. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, size, or pattern are normal and make each piece unique.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Custom Orders

Personalized or custom-made bracelets cannot be canceled after production has begun.

Please review all customization details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Niu Wizhi Mystical Art.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, artwork, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Taira and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Taira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

4. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Niu Wizhi Mystical Art, every bracelet is handcrafted using carefully selected materials. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and extend its lifespan.

To keep your bracelet in excellent condition:

Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, sunscreen, and household cleaning products.
Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight for extended periods.

Natural Materials

Many Taira bracelets feature natural gemstones, wood, lava stone, or other natural materials.

Natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects.

Elastic Cord

Bracelets made with elastic cord should be rolled gently over the hand rather than stretched excessively.

Excessive pulling may reduce the lifespan of the elastic.

Storage

When not wearing your bracelet:

Store it in a dry place.
Keep it away from moisture and humidity.
Store it separately from other jewelry to minimize scratches.

Cleaning

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently clean your bracelet.

Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners unless specifically recommended for the materials used.

Normal Wear

Over time, all jewelry naturally experiences signs of wear. Minor scratches, slight fading, or gradual stretching of elastic materials are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

If We Make a Mistake

If the bracelet you receive differs from the customization details confirmed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the error was ours, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty

All Taira bracelets are covered by a 30-day limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

Faulty assembly
Defective elastic cord under normal use
Loose components due to workmanship
Manufacturing-related defects

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Excessive stretching of elastic bracelets
Water exposure
Contact with perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
Improper storage or handling
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear
Natural variations in gemstones, wood, or other natural materials

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect

Resolution

After reviewing your claim, Niu Wizhi Mystical Art may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or a comparable item
Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

If our evaluation determines that the reported issue is not covered under this Warranty Policy, we reserve the right to decline the warranty claim.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Every Taira product is individually handcrafted. Minor differences in color, texture, shape, or natural materials are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects under this warranty.
